Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in USD unless stated otherwise. Payment is due upon invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may result in project pauses or additional fees. Custom projects require a deposit before work begins.

Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, and assets developed by Opticrawl remain the intellectual property of Opticrawl until full payment is received. After payment, ownership is transferred to the client unless otherwise specified. We may retain the right to display projects in our portfolio.

Limitation of Liability

Opticrawl shall not be liable for:

• - Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• - Losses resulting from third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.)
• - Client mismanagement of implemented strategies

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

• - The client must pay for all work completed up to the termination date
• - No further work will be delivered beyond that point
• - No refunds will be issued unless outlined in the Refund Policy

Third-Party Tools & Platforms

We may use third-party platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, WordPress, payment processors). We are not responsible for interruptions or changes caused by these services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
